General rental conditions

TuMeGonfles is an extension of the ASBL Krav Maga Brussels registered under the company number BE0563913458.

By using the rental services of the Châteaux “Tu me inflate”, you agree:

– to respect the general rental conditions and the supervision instructions;
– to secure the equipment (castles and rented accessories) in order to protect them from bad weather and theft.
– to pay, in the event of damage, the total amount of costs incurred for repairs to the equipment or its cleaning;
– to take responsibility for all children using the inflatable structures and to have taken out adequate insurance for this. “Tu me inflate” will in no way be held responsible for any accident or damage occurring at the place of use of the inflatable castle.

Terms of use and rental conditions

– The location reserved for the installation of inflatable structures must be completely clean, flat, with dimensions greater than those of the inflatable structures to be installed and completely clear of any element or obstacle which could be dangerous for the children or for equipment nearby
– The tenant is prohibited from lending or subletting the structures.
– The tenant must provide a secure 220 volt, 16 amp earthed electrical connection, and is responsible for the electrical supply costs.
– In case of heavy rain or strong wind:
• The blower must immediately be stored under cover
• Children should get out of inflatables immediately, with the help of adults if necessary.
• It is obligatory to deflate the inflatable structures and fold them on themselves so that the rain does not get inside.
– The tenant undertakes to ensure that the use of the inflatable structures respects the use for which they are intended and that it can be carried out in safety and serenity for all, especially in a public place. To do this, he undertakes to implement all material and human resources adapted to the event.
– The tenant is solely responsible in the event of bodily injury or damage to the rented equipment from the moment it is entrusted to him. He undertakes to take out civil liability insurance for this purpose.
– The tenant undertakes to never abandon the equipment without the supervision of a responsible adult.
– The tenant undertakes to return the equipment clean, correctly folded (except in the case of delivery with installation) and at the times established in the contract. Any failure to do so will result in additional charges being charged.
– Any damage, or missing material, will be invoiced at the new rate in force.
– In case of cancellation due to rain or bad weather, cancellation is free of charge, please notify us as soon as possible.
– Except in the event of rain or bad weather, any rental cancellation by the customer does not entitle you to a refund. However, the customer will receive a voucher for the rental amount, valid for a period of one (1) year.
– Cancellation notification by TuMeGonfles: In the event of cancellation of the order for one of the reasons below, the customer will be informed by telephone or email as soon as possible. The company undertakes to communicate the reasons for the cancellation and, if possible, to offer alternative solutions or a full refund of the canceled order.
– Cancellation due to technical defect: We reserve the right to cancel any order that has been accepted due to a technical malfunction of the website. This includes, but is not limited to, system errors, software failures, and computer bugs that may display incorrect information regarding product availability, pricing, or delivery distances.
– Limitation of the delivery area: We reserve the right to cancel any order whose delivery address is located too far from the company’s main point of sale. This measure is taken into account in order to guarantee optimal quality of service and viable logistics.
– In all cases, “Tu me inflate” remains the owner of the material and the latter cannot be seized.
– In the event of unavailability of the rented equipment, advances, reservation checks and/or deposits received will be returned, but the tenant will not be able to claim any financial compensation.
– The tenant must provide at least one adult per inflatable structure (or more if safety requires it) to ensure permanent supervision of children and equipment throughout the duration of the rental, even if the access to the structures is free and
