General Information

TuMeGonfles is an extension of the ASBL Krav Maga Bruxelles registered under company number BE0563913458.

By using the rental service of the “Tu me gonfles” Castles, you agree to:

Comply with the general rental conditions and the supervision instructions.
Put the equipment (castles and rented accessories) in a safe place to protect them from bad weather and theft.
Pay, in the event of damage, the total amount of the costs incurred for repairs to the equipment or its cleaning.
Take responsibility for all children using the inflatable structures and have taken out adequate insurance for this. “Tu me flés” will not be held responsible for any accident or damage occurring at the place of use of the inflatable castle.

The location reserved for the installation of the inflatable structures must be:
- Totally clean
- Flat
- With dimensions larger than those of the inflatable structures to be installed
- Totally clear of any dangerous element or obstacle

The tenant is prohibited from lending or subletting the structures.
The tenant must provide a secure electrical connection of 220 volts, 16 Amps with land, and is responsible for the cost of electricity supply.

Rain:
- The structures must remain inflated, except in the event of strong winds.
Strong wind:
- The blower must be immediately stored away.
- Children must immediately get out of the inflatable structures, with the help of adults if necessary.
- It is mandatory to deflate the inflatable structures and fold them up on themselves.

The tenant undertakes to ensure that the use of the inflatable structures complies with the use for which they are intended and that it can be carried out in safety and serenity for all, especially in a public place.
The tenant is solely responsible in the event of bodily injury or damage to the rented equipment from the moment it is entrusted to him. He undertakes to take out civil liability insurance for this.
The tenant undertakes to return the equipment clean, correctly folded (except in the case of delivery with installation) and at the times established in the contract. Any failure to comply with this obligation will result in the invoicing of additional costs.

Free of charge for rain or bad weather: Cancellation is free of charge, please notify us as soon as possible.
Cancellations by the customer: Except in the case of rain or bad weather, any cancellation of rental by the customer does not entitle the customer to a refund. On the other hand, the customer will receive a voucher for the rental amount, valid for a period of one (1) year.
Cancellation notification by TuMeGonfles: In the event of cancellation of the order for one of the reasons below, the customer will be informed by telephone or email as soon as possible. The company undertakes to communicate the reasons for the cancellation and, if possible, to offer alternative solutions or a full refund of the cancelled order.

Cancellation due to technical fault: We reserve the right to cancel any order that has been accepted due to a technical malfunction of the website or otherwise.
Limitation of the delivery area: We reserve the right to cancel any order whose delivery address is too far from the company’s main point of sale.

The refund of the deposit is made within 5 to 10 working days after the rental and the return of the item to our warehouse.
The refund of the deposit is subject to the condition that the item is returned in the condition in which it was supplied, without damage or deterioration.
